I love what I do, and I want to help you master these stunning cakes and become a pro at baking! No experience required for these masterclasses, in fact, most of my students never baked before!
Learn how to make different mirror glazes, confit, crunchy layers, sponges, fancy decor, and mousses, and I will guide you through the process step by step in a small class. These creations are absolutely gorgeous!
We are making over 40 desserts and cakes in total, you will leave with delicious and beautiful creations to take home in a beautiful box along with a recipe and tips sheet.
