Bei TRAVI trifft geballte Kompetenz auf jahrelange Erfahrung und Talent. Das britische Musikerkollektiv, bestehend aus R&B & Soul-Sängerin Jodie Connor und Singer-Songwriter & Produzent David DaWood, weiß wie man einen Hit landet.
So trug David DaWood in den 90ern seinen Teil zum Erfolgsalbum „One Love“ der UK-Boyband Blue bei, das sich weltweit über 2 Millionen Mal verkaufte. Zudem stammt der UK-Hit „Good Times“ von Roll Deep, der sich drei Wochen auf Platz 1 der UK-Charts halten konnte, aus seiner Feder, sowie die Bakermat Single „Living“ feat. Alex Clare. Auch TRAVI-Frontfrau Jodie Connor war an der Erfolgssingle von Roll Deep maßgeblich beteiligt, erzielte gleichzeitig aber auch große Erfolge mit ihrer eigenen Musik – so arbeitete sie mit Künstlern wie Busta Rhymes, Klingande und M-22 zusammen. Mit ihrer Single „Now Or Never“ featuring Wiley konnte sie sich auf Platz 14 der UK-Charts platzieren. Des Weiteren war sie an der Entstehung des Klingande & M-22 Hits „Somewhere New“ beteiligt, dem sie zudem ihre Stimme verlieh.
Während der gemeinsamen Zeit im Studio, fiel dem Duo auf, dass ihre Arbeitsweisen perfekt harmonieren. Schnell entstand die erste gemeinsame Single „BANG“, mit der nun auch die deutschen Charts gestürmten werden. Macht euch bereit für den „BANG“.

In the 90s David DaWood contributed his part to the success album „One Love“ by the UK boy-band Blue, which sold over 2 Mio copies worldwide. Further he wrote the UK hit single „Good Times“ by Roll Deep which stayed at the top of the UK single charts for three weeks, as well as the Bakermat single “Living” feat. Alex Clare. TRAVI-singer Jodie Connor also contributed to the hit single of Roll Deep, but was also successful with her own music – she worked with artists like Busta Rhymes, Klingande & M-22. Her single „Now Or Never“ featuring Wiley debuted on #14 in the UK charts. In addition, she was involved in the writing of the Klingande & M-22 hit “Somewhere New”, which also features her vocals.
